Pleasure to have the Seirotti Family! Kind and respectful guest. Unfortunate that the Storms caused issues with the Seirotti’s flights. The Moderate Policy states that a full refund can be given 5 days BEFORE arrival. They had delays on the day of arrival. Brobnb did refund 50% of 2 nights missed, the 3rd night was a late arrival and the 4th night was a free night they didn’t pay for. Brobnb is a wonderful place for our brothers to find clean/safe accommodations. Trip insurance is advised..
