  We enjoyed a lot our stay in this authentic old house in brooklyn. It is spacious, comfortable, illuminated and well equipped. You feel the personal and charming touch of the owner in small details. The neighborhood is calm and the street is clean. Very well located to access manhattan. We parked our car on the street and used the 10mn walk subway station Utica with line C covering main touristic areas of manhattan.

  This historic brownstone was on a quiet and clean street in Brooklyn, easy to find as well with parking easily found on the streets nearby. Great communication with host, all questions were quickly answered. Home is older but clean with remodeled bathroom, shower and kitchen. 10 minute walk to Utica subway connection, and 25 minutes on the subway got you into the city.

  Despite a confusing arriving, we really enjoyed the stay in Donna's apartment. It is clean, well-located and well-equiped. Donna has been available by message to help us. Maybe a bit small for 5 guests (the dining room). Parkings are available and free in the street. We recommend it !

  It was very nice of Donna to communicate with us throughout the whole process of booking our stay and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. It was easy to find and park at her place. We had everything we needed for our stay. We will stay again when we go back to the Brooklyn area.
