The Space

The house has an open living and dining area with a well equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The smaller bedroom has its own full bathroom adjacent to it. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer. .

Guests have access to the whole house and yard.

We have a property manager who will meet you on the first day and show you around. He is available to answer any questions and to make sure things are running smoothly. .

Other Things to Note

There is a private suite behind the house which is not in use when there are guests. The house is not equipped for babies or toddlers.

The house is located in a Mexican community. The area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly but they keep to themselves.

The only pets allowed are dogs that are well behaved. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. All organic waste (unwanted food) and pet droppings (if you have a pet) must be removed and placed in the outside bin. No large gatherings or excessive noise is permitted.
