The Space

The backyard features a canal waterfront and there is also a pool. For children's safety reasons, we prefer to rent only to adults.

Guest Access

This apartment is attached to my parent's home, it has a private side entrance.

The deck in the backyard is available for your enjoyment. The pool is not part of the rental, however on a case-by-case basis, if requested during the stay it may be available for use at specific times.

Interaction with Guests

My parents live on site and would be happy to provide you with information needed. They are very friendly however respect your privacy so you are welcome to interact as much or as little as you like.
I’m not too far way, available afternoons and weekends if you would like a tour of the best spots Miami has to offer or need any help planning your stay.

Boat Rental - There is a small boat available for rental to navigate the canals. Please inquire about pricing and provide boating credentials.

Located in a calm residential neighborhood, the apartment offers a peaceful yet central location, making it easy to explore Miami.

Miami is not know for the best public transportation system. We strongly recommend you rent a car to get around.

This includes being respectful, considerate, and maintaining a positive environment for all. Treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Any damage should be reported immediately.

Boating Rules: If renting the small boat, please follow all safety instructions and guidelines. Navigate responsibly and respect local waterway regulations.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hosts, Sunen and her parents, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the initial booking to our departure. The unit itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location is prime, offering easy access to all the city's popular attractions. But what truly set this rental apart was the host's and her parents' exceptional hospitality. They were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. 5 stars :)
