House Rules

Please no candle burning at all. Please notify us as soon as anything is damaged. Please be considerate of energy and turn off air conditioning units if you'll be gone for more than 2 hours, please turn the heat down if you'll be gone for more than 2 hours. Please wash your dishes, and empty all trash cans at the end of your stay. Trash day is Monday. Please be sure to take the large outdoor trash bins to the edge of the driveway on Sunday evening.
Check-in is 4pm
Check-out is 11am
Late checkout is not always available due to cleaning schedule. There will be an extra fee for anyone staying past the check-out time.

Our family cannot rave enough about our stay in this most beautiful 1870's home. The history that you can see within it is just amazing to see and enjoy. Yet it has updates to the amenities that don't take away from it's historical beauty. Also the location to Bethel sites is really great. This home had such nice surprises included that were not even notated in the information about this lovely place. So we were all so very thankful that Jerimey & Melissa opened their home to us. Thank you Jah
