Please remove sheets off beds and leave in laundry room.

Please remember to leave all used towels in the laundry room.

Please throw any leftover foods in the trash, and do not leave any food or drinks in the refrigerator.

Please make sure there is no trash left throughout the home and patio.

Please turn off all lights, EXCEPT the front door and backyard lights.

Please set the Air Conditioner back to 76 degrees.

Ensure all doors are locked before you leave. ( DO NOT LOCK BOTTOM LOCK OF FRONT DOOR)

House Rules

Here are the house rules for easy reference:

No pets

No illegal substances $150 fee

Must provide a valid phone number.

Only the person that booked is allowed to check-in.

All guests must be declared on the reservation. Full names and contact information must be provided.

Any undeclared guest will be charged $40 per person. And can be deemed unsuitable by the host or Airbnb.

Exterior cameras will be used to identify undeclared overnight guests and will be charged $ 40 per person per night.

Quiet Hours 11 pm - 9 am

Maximum Occupancy 10 people. Exceeding this limit is grounds for removal from the property without a refund.

Please report stains or broken items immediately.

You may use cookware if you agree to clean items used.

Violations of house rules are grounds for removal from the property without a refund.

Grill is available for use at an extra charge of $50 (one time fee for your stay and must be left clean) If it is left dirty you will be charged and additional $30 cleaning fee.

If the property is excessively dirty example: the sink is filled with dirty pots and pans, walls need to be repainted, or furniture is stained you will be charged an additional $100 Cleaning Fee.

Check-out time is 10am. If you check out over 60 mins late. You will be charged a late checkout fee of $75.

If you check out over 2 hours late. You will be charged an additional day (this does not award you an additional day it is a penalty for delaying the property from being cleaned and ready for the next guest. ) Check in time 4:00 pm. Thank you
