This was a great choice. Comfortable place in a nice neighborhood. Steve was super easy to work with and accommodating. Access to the property was set up real nice. I would definitely stay again

Best of both worlds - in a quiet suburban location but with good transport links into Manhattan. Well-equipped, comfortable house with all that was necessary for a pleasant stay. Loved all the local links to famous jazz musicians. Steven was a thoughtful and kind host who acted very quickly to resolve a (minor) issue that arose. Would happily return to this place if visiting NYC again.

The place was true to its name - clean, comfortable and cozy. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the public transportation. Host was very communicative and gave us all the information in advance. We loved staying at this place.

Beautiful, green&calm area, very close to the JFK airport. Very good contact with the owners and beautiful apartment=totally recommend! :)

As the description stated, Clean Comfortable and cozy and then some. Jehovah's peacefulness was in the home. Steve and Renee went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Spacious home in a lovely quiet area. Close to St Alban's station, and bus stops along Linden Boulevard, making it easy to get in and out of New York and also super easy to get to the Airport. The local Jamaica English congregation are just wonderful. The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with and very kind and caring. The house is well appointed, with mostly all you need, we were grateful for both the AC and heating because we got all four seasons in one week. Thank you so much Parkers!
