Interaction with Guests

We can interact with you as little or as much as you like. We love hosting the friends and would be happy to show you around, if you like, or just point you to some of the best spots to eat and enjoy creation on your own. When the home is rented, we are either traveling or upstairs in the garage apartment. We also rent out an apartment downstairs that can be rented as well if you'd like a 4-bedroom home or simply want two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom.

Other Things to Note

Pets are allowed on property for an additional fee of $200 for the first 4 days plus $25 for the 5th and subsequent days up to a maximum of $350.. These costs are to cover the extra cleaning costs to ensure the property is completely free of pet hair in the event the next guest has allergies.

Pool heating is available to heat the pool to 86 degrees at a cost that ranges from $50 to $150. per day. Heating of the pool is not available during the months of January and February.

There is a separate efficiency apartment with its own separate entrance next to the house. It would usually be used by other travelers, if not rented together with the house. It is totally separate and does not share any common space within the house, except that guests in that apartment have to walk on the driveway to get to their door. It is a totally separate and very private apartment,

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quite beautiful to enjoy walks due to the large homesites and the many wonderful gardens that the residents have. You can walk to a coffeeshop, but it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a also park nearby as well as biking trails. An Uber ride to Disney is abut $15 and to the beach about $30.

Getting Around

We are about a 5-minute walk to a bus-stop and a Starbucks. But it is much easier to get around with Uber., when not renting a car. Uber/Lyft usually come in about 5 to 10 minutes after being requested. Renting a car is also a good option if you plan to travel further away than Disney, beaches or the airport.
