Description

The Space

You have the entire upstairs apartment to yourself. It's accessible from a very private entrance just past your own outdoor sitting area. The open modern kitchen has a pullout microwave, Bosch fridge-freezer, Fisher-Paykel dishwasher-drawer, gas cook-top with exhaust and oven. The living room has lots of windows with beautiful treetop views of the neighborhood and sunset. The private bedroom can be completely shut off from your living area, making it perfect for guests desiring their separate sleeping areas. It is a very quiet and cozy space to relax in for several days.

Guest Access

You have your own private access to the entire apartment. Check in anytime with self-check in and digital lock.

Interaction with Guests

We can interact with you as little or as much as you like. We love hosting the friends and would be happy to show you around, if you like, or just point you to some of the best spots to eat and enjoy creation. Or, if you prefer, we can leave you alone since you check yourself in and out of the apartment with a digital lock. We live in the home downstairs for most of the year. We also rent out an apartment downstairs. So from time to time you may see other guests staying there.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quite beautiful to enjoy walks due to the large homesites and the many wonderful gardens that the residents have. You can walk to a coffeeshop, but it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a also park nearby as well as biking trails.

Getting Around

We are about a 5-minute walk to a bus-stop and a Starbucks. But it is much easier to get around with Uber., when not renting a car. Uber/Lyft usually come in about 5 to 10 minutes after being requested. Renting a car is also a good option if you plan to travel further away than Disney or the airport.

House Rules

If you are on this site, you probably already know the normal rules and principles. Here's a few we have in addition to the ones you would expect.

1. Cancellation Policy - Up to 30 days in advance, receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 14 days, or less, before arrival date receive a 50% refund.

2. Check-in is at 3:00pm & check-out is at 11:00am. We sometimes can accommodate some flexibility in this regard, but not often because the apartment is usually booked and we want to make sure it is super clean!

3. A couple of the friends that come to visit you is fine. We just ask that you let us know in advance. .However, overnight guests not on initial booking are not permitted.

4. No burning of candles or incense.

5. Noise curfew. Please try to limit outside time and noise from 10 pm-8 am as this is a residential area.

6. MAIL. No receiving mail or packages except food delivery. Send a picture of the door to the food delivery person to avoid having food be delivered to the wrong door.
