Private retreat within 5-15 minutes of multiple activities. Multiple nearby trail access points 5-10 minute drive away. Bike or walk the Empire State Trail west to the Walkway Over the Hudson or south toward New York City. Hike a portion of the nearby Appalachian Trail. Kayak on the Great Swamp.

Guest Access

You will have the entire living area, porch, and native backyard. Driveway and side parking provided for up to two cars. The garage space is reserved for maintenance access and not available during your stay.

Very comfortable bed & pillows! Great water pressure & water temperature. Great air conditioning kept us cool at night & comfortable during the day. Beautiful, private property. We opened the window shades every morning to enjoy the view of the lovely trees. Loved having a walk-in closet area & lots of hanging hangers & clip hangers as well as shelves to store all of our clothes for the entire week. The light on the end of the bathroom sink faucet was such a nice touch. Enjoyed 2 bedside tables.

We decided to book this lovely place because of its proximity to Patterson and we weren't disappointed as it is very close. It is a great base to visit Warwick and Wallkill too, both within an hour drive from the accommodation. My husband , myself and our son had a relaxing time there with the lovely views over woodlands. The place is beautifully decorated and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Tia is the perfect host!
