Description

The Space

The studio has windows in every room making it light-filled with the option of having fresh air all-day long. Or you can use the studio A/C and heater that you control.
The studio is part of the same building as our home with a separate private entrance. There’s no access from our home into or through the apartment. It is totally private.

Guest Access

You have your own private access to the entire apartment. The only shared areas are as you walk up to the entrance to the apartment. You access the apartment using a digital lock so no keys to worry about.

Interaction with Guests

We can interact with you as little or as much as you like. We would be happy to show you around, if you like, or just point you to some of the best spots to eat and enjoy nature. Or, if you prefer, we can leave you alone since you check yourself in and out of the apartment with a digital lock. We live upstairs and also rent out the home downstairs. So from time to time you may see other guests staying at the home.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quite beautiful to enjoy walks due to the large homesites and the many wonderful gardens that the residents have. You can walk to a coffeeshop, but it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a also park nearby as well as biking trails.

Getting Around

We are about a 5-minute walk to a bus-stop but it is much easier to get around with Uber. They usually come in about 5 to 10 minutes after being requested. Renting a car is also a good option if you plan to travel further away than Disney or the airport.

House Rules

While on the property we ask the following of all our guests:
Check-in is at 3:00pm & check-out is at 11:00am. The person making the reservation must be the person staying at the house. If you are not who you say you are you will be asked to leave with no refund of stay.

1. NO SMOKING of any kind permitted. This includes marijuana & vaping. If any evidence is found or any lingering smells are left you will lose your deposit.

2. Guests not on initial booking are not permitted. We charge $75 a day per extra guest not disclosed on the initial booking.

3. Weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property.

4. No burning of candles or incense.

5. Noise curfew. Please try to limit outside time and noise from 10 pm-8 am as this is a residential area.

6. MAIL. No receiving mail or packages except food delivery. Send a picture of the door to the food delivery person to avoid having be delivered to the front door of the house.

7. VIDEO CAMERAS
For your safety and ours, there are surveillance cameras around the exterior of the property capturing all driveways and points of entry into the home. There are no cameras of any type on the interior of the property.

8. We've provide enough essentials (2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags in bottom of trash cans, coffee supplies and shampoo/conditioner/body wash) for you to get your stay started :)

Really nice space, well appointed and clean. The neighborhood seemed fine and the location is great. The kitchen is well stocked and even though the space is small you can do everything you need quite easily. We would recommend this place and stay here again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Suarez’s home! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We love the clean, white bedding and pillow options. The bathroom had a nice shower. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood! Perfect for a nice evening or morning stroll. Very quiet and comfortable and we felt very safe. Very beautiful, brother and sister! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we visit the area again!
