- No unregistered overnight guests
Please register all guest (max of 2 person total in unit)
No later than 24 hours prior to arrival failure to do so is a violation house rules and will be handled as follows:
If you invite unregistered guests to stay please alert the host immediately. This is a private property and rules need to be followed to ensure sure the safety and security of all guests!!!! You and your registered guest have access only to your unit and common areas.

Please keep the a/c at least 74 cool mode. Do not turn A/C off

Please empty iron after use

Please lock the door behind you by activating keypad and pressing padlock.

Linens and towels -
For your convenience, additional linens and towels will be provided within six hours notice. Please do not attempt launder any any sheets or towels.
When checking out please keep sheets on mattress so any damage to sheets can be assessed and pre-treated with ease.

If you are able to please dispose of any full trash bags in the black garbage can outside.

Common Area Amenities are for the use you and no more than 2 persons.
