Olivia’s place was super cute- simply decorated but pieces well chosen- nice quality linens and comfortable bed! I appreciated the decor with being an interior designer. Not a cooks kitchen but it was exactly as described and had what we needed- plus plenty of ground coffee which is important! I would happily stay another time!

We had a joyous time in Austin and Olivia’s place. It’s super cozy and absolutely beautiful. She had filtered water ready for us, which came in handy as we came afar. The bed was super comfortable and a nice place to relax when resting. The location of their place is convenient too.

Cute studio in a convenient location! Bed was comfortable, heated floors were a nice perk since it was a cold weekend. Everything was top notch! Olivia was a delightful host…quick to respond and very helpful! Definitely on our list of places to stay for future trips!

This was our first experience with BroBNB and we were extremely impressed. The accomodations we so nice that the pictures don't do the place justice. The host had everything from filtered water in the mini fridge for the coffee to make-up wipes. Highly recommend staying here.

This was such a comfortable and cozy place to stay while visiting Wallkill Bethel. It was super clean and had a lot of nice little touches: ground coffee and glass bottles of filtered water in the fridge. Loved the decor and the heated floors were a plus! Austin & Olivia were great hosts. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What an incredible space to unwind! It’s incredibly inviting and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near all the facilities at Bethel. Austin and Olivia are fantastic hosts. We’ll definitely be returning when we visit upstate again.

Olivia and Austin's place is perfect. Nice and cozy, extremely clean and conveniently located near the highway. The space is easily configurable for whatever you need. There's a table to eat or work from, plenty of countertop space and storage, a place to hang your clothing as well as a smart TV. I was able to rest, relax and reset as well as get some work done in my down time. The best kept secret is the heated floors! Definitely recommend this sweet space, would happily book again!

Olivia arranged such a delightful stay for our weekend. It was elegant, cozy and spotless. If you desire to get away for a weekend or even a week this is the place to be. It was a relaxing n quiet stay within close proximity to Bethel. Yes! We’ll definitely return. ????
