A municipal airport is within a few miles. Some small aircraft traffic can be heard at times as well as some trucks heading to the cement factory.

The Neighborhood

We have wonderful views of the Minus Mountains to the west and some red rock views towards the east. Excellent location with easy access to main highways, beautiful Sedona, golfing, Cottonwood Community Recreation Center, and the unique historic copper mining town of Jerome, as well as other historic sites of interest.

Getting Around

Plenty of parking on site. Walking distance to Tumbleweed Wine Tasting and Dollar General store. Bus stop nearby also.
