Ferdinand’s place was great! Very clean, had all the utensils and household items you would need. Coffee maker and filters (very important) LOL and of course everything worked great. There was a very nice back patio area outside, a fully equipped kitchen, and they generously provided a couch bed to accommodate our son. We had excellent communication and felt very dafe and at home during our stay. Ferdinand and I communicated well they answered all questions, along with providing some great tips!

We stayed for a week and we loved the place because its near to all restaurants , laundry, car wash, and EV charging as my husband wanted. Overall we do recommend it.
