Description

The Space

Our home is a recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story home. The house has high ceilings and very open and welcoming. Our master bedroom is downstairs so the two guests bedrooms and full private bathroom are upstairs. As you walk into the front door it immediately leads to the stairs that takes you to your bedrooms. The only shared space upstairs is the open loft where the computers are.

We will have shelf in the fridge available for food that may need to be stored.

Parking along the street is ok, as well as in the driveway. The driveway is steep so we recommend caution in speed coming up and down.

Overall we are confident you will enjoy the comfort of our home!

Guest Access

You have access to the two guest rooms, and private guest bathroom upstairs as well as the 1/2 guest bathroom downstairs. The open loft is a shared space upstairs that has a computer if needed as well as a printer. There is a refrigerator and freezer in the garage for guests to use as well as a washer and dryer. There is filtered water in the kitchen guests are welcome too as well as a microwave.

Interaction with Guests

We are as available or as private as you’d like to be. We want you to feel comfortable in our home, and are happy to help any way needed but respect our guests privacy as well. Due to work and responsibilities we are in and out of the house throughout the day and evening. We are always reachable by phone!

Other Things to Note

We have two Holland Lop bunnies named Kilo and Rey. Their home is in the downstairs living room and don’t ever go upstairs to the guests space as we have a gate blocking this area. You are welcome to interact with the bunnies, just monitor young children as they like to pull the soft bunnies fur :)

The Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is quiet and centrally located near many convenient highways. We have beautiful trees in our neighborhood as well as access to tennis/pickle ball courts. The neighborhood is safe to enjoy a nice morning or evening walk if preferred.

Getting Around

You will want to have a rental car to make your stay more flexible and enjoyable. Some guests use Uber or Lyft but this up to your discretion. Unless you are visiting the touristic parts of Orlando that you can utilize buses or walk, a car will help you the best in getting around.

We ask no shoes on the upstairs carpet so we can keep it clean for future guests and children that crawl. If you have any issues please let us know as soon as possible so we can help with a solution.
