Cancellation Policies – Clear and Simple

1. Flexible

• Full refund if canceled 1 day before check-in.
• Within 24 hours of check-in or during the stay:
  • First night is non-refundable.
  • Remaining nights are refunded.

2. Moderate

• Full refund if canceled 5 days before check-in.
• Less than 5 days before check-in:
  • First night is non-refundable.
  • 50% refund for remaining nights.

3. Strict

• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking, provided the booking is at least 14 days before check-in.
• 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
